Debbie Barker is an international author and columnist with 12 years’ experience of designing and developing websites. She leads glow’s design team and manages office procedures.

Dave Barker runs one of Hampshire’s most successful engineering companies, with a turnover of £10m. He is glow’s number cruncher and strategist, providing direction and advice.

Samantha Knight is a leading entrepreneur who set up an award winning business and social events company and developed it into
a franchise within two years. She manages glow’s key accounts.

Pete Davies joined glow from a leading design agency in Cardiff.
A concept wizard, he has wide experience of developing distinctive
and memorable logos, branding and company literature.

Zoe Barker re-joins our graphic design team having graduated from University of the Arts London Chelsea. With a BA (Hons) in digital textile design, she adds her own unique perspective on design & life.

Sarah Barnard keeps the glow offices running smoothly and with a
smile. Experienced in Business Management, she looks after
administration and finance including timesheets and credit control.
