Ian Lavis is a former newspaper, magazine and freelance journalist with 20 years’ experience of writing for some of the UK’s leading organisations. Ian runs The Writing Room, an associate of Glow based in London.

Debbie Barker, Operations Director

Debbie Barker is an international author and columnist with 14 years’ experience of website development. She now handles glow’s business administration, IT and HR and heads up the Green Corner.

Dave Barker, Commercial Director

Dave Barker led one of Hampshire's most successful engineering companies, with a turnover of over £10m. He sold the company in December 2008 and he now provides Glow with commercial and financial expertise.

Paul Bright, Graphic & Web Designer

Paul joins Glow from Winchester School of Art after achieving a 1st class BA Hons degree in Graphic Arts. Paul strives to create highly functional and stylish pieces of design which, although largely concept driven, still retain a sense of play and wit.

Zoe Barker, Graphic Designer

Zoe Barker re-joins our graphic design team having graduated from University of the Arts London Chelsea. With a BA (Hons) in digital textile design, she adds her own unique perspective on design & life.

Steven Barker, Administrator

Steven is our part time admin assistant. He helps maintain our CRM database, sends the invoices and keeps us well stocked with stationery!

Sarah Miles MCIPR, Head of PR, Glow

Sarah Miles has more than 15 years' experience of developing public relations campaigns for organisations within the UK, Continental Europe and the USA. Sarah runs Blaze PR, an associate company based at Glow.
